ZHENGZHOU, September 17 (Xinhua) — Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, inspected poverty alleviation work during his tour to a tea plantation and a village in Guangshan County, central China's Henan Province on Tuesday morning.
